Grant Enfinger scored his first win of the season and the 13th of his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series career at Lime Rock Park on Saturday. The veteran driver from Fairhope, Alabama snapped a 40-race winless streak dating back to October 2024 during his first season with CR7 Motorsports. Enfinger is now the eighth different winner to win in 2026.
“I feel like we had a lot of things play into our hand,” Enfinger said postrace. “Derek [Smith] did an amazing job with this truck, just so thankful.”

Points leader Layne Riggs began the afternoon on the pole, leading the first 30 laps of the race to win Stage 1, Still, he and the No. 34 Front Row Motorsports team faced a tough battle from the No. 11 Tricon Garage Toyota of Kaden Honeycutt close behind.
The first major incident of the race came on Lap 46 when the No. 88 of Ty Majeski slammed the tire barrier in Turn 1. Majeski walked away from the scene unharmed and was quickly released from the infield care center.
“I had a pretty solid pedal, then once I got to a certain pressure, the brakes just kind of bled out,” Majeski said. “It’s just a shame that it had to end this way.”
Stage 2’s top two finishers were inverted from Stage 1, with Honeycutt earning the stage victory and Riggs following close behind in second.
The final 30 laps of the race saw a plethrora of lead changes, especially with a restart 26 laps to go that saw all the major front-runners missing the first turn. Under caution, the No. 1 of Thomas Annunziata suffered a catastrophic blown motor exiting Turn 7, ending what could’ve been a weekend sweep. The previous day’s ARCA Menards Series winner was hospitalized after a blaze of flames engulfed his truck.
Other notable finishers such as Landen Lewis for Niece Motorsports, who finished behind Enfinger in second. Kaden Honeycutt rallied from the earlier spin to finish third after close contact with his Tricon Garage teammate Gio Ruggiero. Christian Eckes finished fifth while nursing a foot injury he sustained at San Diego.
