Tricon Garage on Monday announced the drivers who will finish out the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season in the No. 1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. Four drivers who’ve previously driven the truck will return for the seven remaining races this season. Though the No. 1 entry has no full-time driver, it is still in the hunt for the Truck Series owner’s championship.
Nick Leitz will be the next driver to climb aboard the No. 1 truck, taking over at Bristol Motor Speedway on September 17 and Kansas Speedway on September 26. He has three prior starts for Tricon Garage this season, including a best finish of 11th at Daytona International Speedway.
Next up is Brent Crews, who currently competes full-time in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series for Joe Gibbs Racing. He’ll drive the No. 1 Toyota at Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 9 and Phoenix Raceway on October 16. Crews has one start with Tricon Garage this year, a seventh-place run at Watkins Glen International.
The final three races of the season will be split between defending series champion Corey Heim and 18-year-old prospect Gavan Boschele. Heim will handle Talladega Superspeedway on October 23 and Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 6, while Boschele will take the reins at Martinsville Speedway on October 30.
Despite only making seven of 18 starts this season, Corey Heim is the second-winningest driver in the Truck Series with three victories. Last season he placed second at Talladega and third at Homestead.
Gavan Boschele is preparing for his third career Truck Series start following two races earlier this season. He finished eighth in his debut at Indianapolis Raceway Park, showing an affinity for short tracks that could make him dangerous at Martinsville.
