23XI Racing and Xfinity are expanding their partnership for the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season, the team announced Tuesday. The pairing is set to kick off the year with Xfinity serving as the primary sponsor of Bubba Wallace’s No. 23 Toyota Camry XSE for the Daytona 500 on February 15.
Xfinity will continue to appear as a recurring primary sponsor of Wallace’s No. 23 car throughout the 2026 season, in addition to the slate of races on Tyler Reddick’s No. 45. The company’s increased investment into team sponsorship comes just months year after their farewell as the title sponsor of NASCAR’s secondary national series. Xfinity was replaced by O’Reilly Auto Parts after serving as the series namesake from 2015 to 2025.

“From day one, our partnership with 23XI Racing has been about imagining what’s possible in the sport and creating experiences that connects fans to the moments that mean the most to them,” said Jessica Muir, Senior Director of Brand Partnerships & Amplification at Comcast. “This extension reflects our long-term belief in this team, in Bubba and Tyler, and in our fans. We’ll be celebrating a historic milestone with our first-ever branded car in the Daytona 500 and showing fans what’s possible when imagination meets momentum as we continue to invest in the future of NASCAR.”
The partnership between 23XI Racing and Xfinity extends beyond the traditional ways that sponsors and teams cooperate. In Huntersville, NC, 23XI Racing developed a war room that they named the Xfinity Speed Center. Here, team personnel can use analytics to relay real-time data to 23XI Racing’s three Cup Series cars during race weekends. This allows the team to keep all of its sharpest minds hands-on even if they didn’t travel to the racetrack.
23XI Racing’s Sponsor Influx
“Xfinity has been an incredible partner in helping 23XI Racing grow both on and off the track,” added 23XI Racing President Steve Lauletta. “Their continued support gives us the resources to jointly create unforgettable experiences for our fans while also competing at the highest level. With Xfinity, we’re not just building an elite team, we’re building a partnership that puts fans first and helps the sport grow for everyone who loves racing.”
As significant as Xfinity’s expansion is, it’s hardly the only win 23XI Racing has had with sponsors this off-season. The team announced in January that they were adding SupplyHouse and Comparion Insurance as primary partners for Reddick, as well as expanding their partnership with Chumba Casino for both Reddick and Wallace.
Ever since Xfinity joined NASCAR in 2015, they have appeared consistently as a primary sponsor in the Cup Series. This began with two races backing Carl Edwards at Joe Gibbs Racing, and continued at JGR through the 2020 season. Xfinity then paused their Cup sponsorship until 2023 when they joined with 23XI Racing. The telecommunications giant signed on for three races in 2023 and 2024, before expanding to seven in 2025.
Starting 2026 Off Strong
Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick have the opportunity to provide Xfinity their second victory as a Cup Series sponsor, with Edwards having earned the first at Richmond International Raceway in 2016. One of their best shots may lie with Wallace in the season opener; he has five top-five finishes in his 17 Cup Series starts at Daytona International Speedway. Wallace finished runner-up in the Daytona 500 in both 2018 and 2022.
“Having Xfinity on the car for the Daytona 500 and doing more with our team for the 2026 season is an incredible honor,” Wallace said. “What really excites me is how this partnership gives fans a front-row seat to everything we do. They’re right there for every mile of the season, celebrating the milestones, and feeling like part of the team. Xfinity’s support gives us the resources to compete at the sport’s biggest stages while keeping fans at the heart of every race.”
