Less then seven days ago, Timmy Hill announced that his NASCAR ownership journey was over. Now, on November 5, 2026, Team Reaume announced that Hill will pilot their No. 2 Ford F-150 in the 2027 NASCAR FedEx Freight Truck Series season.

“I’m excited to take this next step and race full-time with Team Reaume in 2027,” said Hill. “I’ve watched Reaume’s program grow, and I believe they have all the tools to compete with the larger team’s week in and week out. I’m excited to bring my veteran experience and help push this team forward.”

Hill has one top-five and ten top-10s in 132 Truck Series races, most of which came for his own team. This will be Hill’s third full Truck Series season and first since 2024. Additionally, the 33-year-old has over 100 starts in both the NASCAR Cup and O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. In Cup Series competition Hill has three top-20s to his name, with two top-fives and seven top-10s in O’Reilly.

The team cited Hill’s experience, both as a driver and a team owner, as a reason they signed him.

“We’re putting all our chips on the table for 2027,” said Team Reaume’s team principal Amir Alexander. “Our goal is to take this program’s performance to the next level, and adding Timmy is a big step toward that. He’s one of the most experienced drivers in the series, and the knowledge he brings, both on the track and as a former team owner, will make every truck in our program better.”

Team Reaume debuted their No. 33 in the Truck Series in 2018 and have run it full-time ever since. The organization expanded to two full-time entries in 2020, and then three in 2025. It was last year when the No. 2 joined their roster. In 197 Truck Series races, Team Reaume has earned two top-fives and six top-10s. Hill will join Lawless Alan (2024) and Frankie Muniz (2025) in driving a full season with Team Reaume.

“Timmy and I go back to 2014, when we first raced together as teammates,” said team owner Josh Reaume. “Over the past few years, our friendship has grown in a way I never expected. We’ve both run our own teams, and we’ve leaned on each other through the same challenges that come with being an owner in this sport. I’m honored that the Hill family recognizes the growth of this team and trusts that we’re better working together, and I’m proud to welcome Timmy to Team Reaume for 2027.”
